What does it cost me to post? Nothing. Clients pay no listing fee, no booking fee and no markup on the bid. The platform is funded by pro subscriptions and a 2% escrow fee charged to the pro.

How are pros vetted? Government ID for everyone. Trade licenses and certificates of insurance are checked by our team before the Licensed & insured badge appears. Background checks are optional and labeled when present.

What if the work is wrong? With escrow on, the money has not reached the pro. Open a dispute within 72 hours of completion and an arbitrator rules within three business days using the chat log and photos.

Can I hire someone directly? Yes. Browse pros, message them and agree a price without posting a task. Escrow still applies if you both use it.
