What does it cost me to post?

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?
Most crews do, and it is listed in their bid — usually around $15 of the price. If you prefer your own products, say so in the task and they will use what you leave out.
Recurring or deep clean — which do I need?
A recurring clean keeps a place that is already clean: floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen. A deep clean adds baseboards, grout, inside cabinets, the oven and the fridge, and takes roughly twice as long.
Can they clean while I am out?
Yes. Agree key handling in chat before the job: doorman, lockbox or a key handed over on the first visit. Every pro doing key handling has passed a background check.
What if something gets broken?
With escrow on, the money has not reached the cleaner. Open a dispute within 72 hours and an arbitrator rules within three business days on the chat log and photos. Insured crews also carry liability cover.
